1. The basics
Wizzmo is provided by WiseBees Academy Ltd, a UK-registered company. By creating an account you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't create an account.
2. Who can use Wizzmo
Wizzmo is for UK secondary-school students (Years 7-11, roughly ages 11-16) and is set up by an adult — a parent or guardian, or a school employee acting on the school's behalf. The adult is the account holder and the data controller for their child's data unless a school has chosen to be controller for its pupils.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Family plans bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from your parent dashboard or by emailing billing@wizzmo.com. Schools are billed by termly invoice or card, per the school's tier.
4. Free trial
Family plans start with a 14-day free trial. We do not take payment details during the trial. If you don't subscribe by day 14 the account pauses; your child's progress is held for 90 days.
5. Refunds
Within 14 days of a paid charge, contact us and we'll refund the most recent payment in full. Outside that window we don't refund partial periods, but you can cancel and use the time you've already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
Don't share an account with a household that hasn't paid; don't attempt to extract content for redistribution; don't use Wizzmo to harm children. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Content
Curriculum content is licensed from Oak National Academy under their terms. The Wizzmo wrapper, characters, dialogue, and software are the property of WiseBees Academy Ltd.
8. Liability
Wizzmo is a learning aid, not a substitute for school. We make no guarantee of grades, exam outcomes, or specific learning gains. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes
We may change these terms; if we change anything material we'll email account holders and post a dated notice here. Current version dated 2026-05-28.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
